Where can I have my DJ unit serviced/repaired?
As our highly valued customer you can get certified repairs at our Pioneer DJ Authorized Service Center, which is part of the Pioneer DJ Authorized Service Network (ASN).
The technicians within our service centers are fully trained offering years of experience testing/repairing all of Pioneer DJ's products.

So that we can help you, you will need to provide us with certain information to determine the warranty validation about the product and how and when you purchased it including:
- the product model and serial number (varies by product category type, see below);
- Controllers, Turntables DJ Players: The serial number is found on the underside of the device.
- Mixers: The serial number is found on the left or right side of the device.
- Headphones: The serial number is found on the box or inside the earpad of your headphones.
- Speakers and Pro Audio: The serial number is found on the back of the device.
- A valid proof of purchase which must show the date of purchase, name of the company, tax number and product name (this can be the original invoice or a clear sales receipt). An order confirmation is not considered as valid proof of purchase. If any key information is missing or unreadable the warranty repair could be rejected.
Please be aware that for out of warranty repairs cost will occur for transport and repair as set by our ASC.
Who takes care of my gear servicing and repair if I'm not based in Saudi Arabia?
All warranty repairs must be carried out via the AlphaTheta Authorized Service Network.

AlphaTheta don't take any responsibility for repairs performed by non-authorized repair centers or dealers as these void the products warranty. Any cost incurred (labor, transport or parts) will be handled as out of warranty and thus will not be reimbursed.
In what cases is my warranty not applicable?
This warranty is not applicable in cases other than defects in materials or workmanship occurring during the warranty period and, in particular, does not cover:
- periodic check-ups, adjustments, maintenance, or conversions as well as replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear like for cosmetic parts;
- damage caused by accidents, negligence, modifications, use of non-genuine Pioneer DJ parts, improper use, installation, or packing;
- damage caused by lightning, liquids, fire, acts of war, public disturbances, incorrect mains voltages, incorrect ventilation, or any other cause beyond the control of AlphaTheta EMEA Limited;
- products like speakers that have been subjected to power in excess of that for which they were designed;
- Equipment that was purchased outside Europe needs to be handled case by case ;
- Products with altered, deleted, missing, or illegible serial numbers; and non-compliance with any guideline of the Instruction Manual as well as any warning in the concerned Manual(s) or other relevant documentation;
- Products that have been either repaired or modified by third parties not authorized by AlphaTheta
