Refund policy

We have a 3-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the original packaging and covering still intact and in their original condition.

If you are not able to visit our store, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not.

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable if you have already received your item.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-refundable items

The following items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:

  • Speakers
  • Headphones
  • Microphones
  • Softwares
  • Softwares that require registration
  • DVS Systems with softwares
  • Items/products that have been opened and damaged (including scratched or bumped)
  • Items/products that have been opened and used
  • Items/products that require registration and have been registered (including MIDI keyboards, DJ controllers, and performance pads)
  • B-stock items/products
  • Demo items
  • Clearance sale items
  • Special order items

B-Stock Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on B-stock, demo, or clearance items.

Special Orders
We do not accept refunds, exchanges, returns, or cancellations on special orders.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you opt for a full 1 to 1 exchange, it will be arranged and processed accordingly.
