Local and Same-Day Delivery Terms & Conditions

• Location Coverage:
Local delivery is available within Riyadh city limits only
• Local delivery costs SAR 50
• Local delivery is free if your order exceeds SAR 1499
• Local deliveries are often processed same day or next business day, subject to driver schedule and availability in addition to order time and other local factors
• Same day delivery is subject to driver schedule and availability
• Same day delivery is subject to order time as per below order cut-off time
• Same day delivery order cut-off time: Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM to qualify for same-day delivery
• Delivery Timing:
Deliveries are typically completed between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, depending on the delivery route and traffic conditions
  
• In rare cases of delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or operational issues delivery may be rescheduled to the next working day, and the customer will be informed accordingly
• Customer Contact & Availability:
Our team will contact you to confirm the delivery location and availability before dispatch. The delivery team may also attempt to reach you prior to arrival. If the customer does not respond to calls or messages from the delivery team, the delivery will be rescheduled to the next day or postponed accordingly
